Currently on site in Manby, Lincolnshire

This project includes six two bedroom four person houses and six three bedroom five person houses in pairs.This project utilises K Panels ability to build wall elevations in our factory, which reduces time taken on site. We are building using a combination of deliverys of TEK in elevations and kit building on site to best meet the main contractor and clients programme alongside interfacing with other trades on site.

Built under the principles of Passiv Haus standards this project has ambitious requirements with regards to u-values and air permeability as you can see outlined under special features. In addition to TEK the build also utilises further green technologies including:

Biomass Communal Boiler
Solar Thermal Heating System
